Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating effectively with the management team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
- Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior work experience in retail is preferred
