Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the store is well-organized and customers have a pleasant shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to uphold high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures diligently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
