Job Description

Join Aldi as a full-time Store Associate responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain displays, and assist customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Physical ability to lift and stock merchandise up to 45 pounds.
