Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and handle store equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
