Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in retail operations and equipment handling preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
