Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, handle inventory, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Operate cash registers and follow cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
