We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
