Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate the cash register and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist in monitoring inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
