We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through efficient cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Handle merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds and operate store equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
