Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the store's appearance. As a valued team member, you will collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively with management, and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash procedures, and follow company policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting, and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment.
• Work independently, follow instructions, and stay organized.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
