Job Description
We are looking to hire a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Follow company policies and ensure security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Competence in using store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
- Good communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
