Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the store, including merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. behaviors outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient with cash register operations and equipment handling.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
