Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and clean. You will be responsible for cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with a positive shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures
- Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment
- Experience in a retail environment preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- High School Diploma or equivalent
