Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store by stocking shelves, performing general cleaning duties, and arranging merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
