Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by fulfilling various duties such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute feedback to management regarding products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of maintaining store cleanliness to company standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
