Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of appearance and customer service. Your responsibilities will include stocking merchandise, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Perform cashier duties, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
