Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management, adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure the security of store documents and data.
• Operate equipment, including a cash register, with efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
