Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an excellent shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and assist with inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Participate in inventory management

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Capable of operating a cash register efficiently
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
