Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the store's appearance, supporting customer needs, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide top-notch customer service
- Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
- Skilled in operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
