Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the store's appearance, serving customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in merchandising and stocking products.
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support the shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate store equipment and machinery.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
