Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with team members and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy of product availability.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience advantageous.
