Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
