Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI! In this role, you will be responsible for cashiering, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide exceptional customer service. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Uphold company policies, ensure document confidentiality, and perform assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and safely operate equipment
• Follow company standards for cleaning and organizational tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
