Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts, follow cash handling procedures, and abide by company policies.
- Operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
