Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the store operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy according to guidelines.
• Operate cash register efficiently and follow established cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
