Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Offer feedback to management regarding products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
• Handle physical demands including lifting, stocking, and store maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Experience in retail operations is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
