Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the best shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashier duties, merchandise stocking, and general cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and services.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Experience in customer service and retail environments preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
