Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
- Proficiency in using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
