Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the overall customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store is operating at its best.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
- Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of maintaining company cleaning standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
