Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, cashiering, assisting customers, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
