Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies for minimal losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and company standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
