Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store conditions, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills
• Able to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently

Educational and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
