Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates efficiently and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Support store operations by following company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
