Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers an hourly wage of $16.00 and the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist in inventory counts, address inventory issues, and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
