Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures and security standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to work at ALDI.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands and company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
- A combination of education and experience equivalent to the role.
