Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate clearly with team members and store management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
- Follow company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality
- Complete any other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Proficiency in customer service and cash register operations
- Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
