Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
