Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company standards
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
