Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to uphold ALDI's standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases and maintain neat displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts following guidelines.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.
- Follow company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and other equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands such as lifting and stocking.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
