Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. You will collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Offer excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
