Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store looks its best. This position offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour and 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
