Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Perform general cleaning tasks and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Proficiency in operating equipment and performing cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
