Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and contributing to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including handling cash transactions.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and participating in inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
