Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cashier responsibilities and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service experience and cash register proficiency preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
