Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise products and maintain displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor accuracy
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
