Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
