Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register.
- Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience is accepted.
