Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Comply with company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and cashiering skills.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
