Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivering excellent customer service. Your duties will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain a clean shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous service.
- Operate equipment such as cash registers, hand jacks, and floor scrubbers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
