Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's merchandise and displays are maintained, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. This position offers a starting wage of $16.50 per hour and the opportunity to work collaboratively in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures while ensuring store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
